The workshop will proceed on the
understanding that participants have read the papers in advance. The
session will start with comments on the papers with a brief response
by the author. There will be no regular reading/presentation of the
papers as such.

The workshop forms part of the IVR World Congress. Participants
of the workshop must therefore also register for the Congress as a
whole for which a fee is payable. Participants of the workshop are
responsible for their own congress fees, travel and accommodation
costs.

The organizer of the World Congress will
publish a volume containing abstracts to all special workshops. A
standard layout will apply to these abstracts. Further information
on the submission of abstracts will be communicated to the authors
when instructions from Cracow are available.
